REXORER SHIPPING POLICY

We want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we process and ship all Rexorer orders.
1. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 4 to 5 business days. Processing time is included within the delivery windows shown below, so from the moment you order you can expect your package within the timeframes listed in Section 2.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please note that occasional delays can occur due to high order volumes or courier schedules. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Times
We currently ship to the UK and USA. All orders include full tracking.
United Kingdom: 6 to 10 business days from order date.
United States: 7 to 12 business days from order date.
During busy periods including holidays, Black Friday, and the lead-up to Christmas, delivery times may take a little longer due to increased courier volumes. We appreciate your patience during these times.
3. Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders. No hidden fees.
4. Tracking and Insurance
Every order ships with full tracking and insurance. You will be able to follow your package's progress through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
5. Delays
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@rexorer.com and our support team will assist you promptly.
If a package has not arrived within 30 days of your order date, please contact us at hello@rexorer.com and we will work to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
6. Wrong Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Rexorer cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
